Complete our diploma program in Culinary Essentials and learn the concepts of:

Or, seek an Associate degree through L'École Culinaire's more intensive Culinary Arts program. It is comprised of even more culinary courses than our Culinary Essentials program and builds your knowledge in aspects of:
- analysis and development of technical writing
- international cuisine
- communication and interviewing
- contemporary, artistic and healthful cuisine
- presentation in food service
Both programs can qualify you for entry-level careers in culinary occupations. However, the Associate Degree program can qualify you for positions requiring more experience and responsibility.
Plus, both programs at L'École Culinaire conclude with students participating in a 10-week, industry-related internship!
